People Behind the Technology

We're not just another tech company. We're a small team that genuinely cares about solving complex recognition challenges for businesses across Vietnam and beyond. Our approach centers on understanding each client's unique needs rather than pushing one-size-fits-all solutions.

How We Started

Back in early 2020, we were working on completely different projects. The pandemic changed everything for businesses here in Vietnam, especially how they needed to handle customer interactions and data processing. Companies suddenly needed contactless solutions, automated recognition systems, and ways to process information without human intervention.

What struck us was how many businesses were struggling with off-the-shelf recognition software that didn't understand Vietnamese contexts or work well with local infrastructure. We saw manufacturing companies trying to implement quality control systems that couldn't recognize defects properly, and service businesses wrestling with customer identification systems that failed in real-world conditions.

That's when we realized there was a real gap between what global tech companies offered and what Vietnamese businesses actually needed. So we decided to focus specifically on image and speech recognition systems that work in our local environment.

The People You'll Work With

We're a small team, which means you'll actually talk to the people who build and maintain your systems. No endless phone trees or account managers who don't understand the technical details.

Thaddeus Chen

Technical Director

Thaddeus spent eight years working with computer vision systems at manufacturing companies before joining us in 2021. He's the person who figures out why recognition systems fail in humid conditions or struggle with Vietnamese lighting patterns. His background in industrial engineering means he approaches every project thinking about long-term maintenance and real-world performance, not just getting something to work in a lab environment. When clients call with urgent issues, Thaddeus is usually the one troubleshooting directly with their team.

Systems Integration Lead

Celestine joined us in mid-2022 after working with telecommunications companies across Southeast Asia. She specializes in making recognition systems work with existing business infrastructure rather than requiring complete overhauls. Her experience with network limitations and legacy systems means she can integrate speech recognition into older phone systems or connect image processing to existing inventory management software. Clients often mention how she explains complex technical concepts in ways that actually make sense for business planning.

What We've Learned Along the Way

Over the past five years, we've worked with manufacturers trying to catch defects that human inspectors miss, retail businesses needing customer identification systems that work in crowded environments, and logistics companies processing thousands of documents daily. Each project taught us something new about making recognition technology actually work in Vietnamese business conditions.

We've discovered that the biggest challenge isn't building recognition systems that work perfectly in controlled conditions. It's creating systems that keep working when the lighting changes, when background noise increases, or when the camera gets moved slightly. That's why we focus on robust implementation rather than just impressive demo results.
